Baker Donelson
Baker Donelson has an extensive and diverse real estate investment trust (REIT) practice. It is one of the few law firms in the country with significant experience representing publicly-traded REITs, public non-traded REITs and private REITs. It has represented both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings of equity securities, subsequent offerings of equity securities, and public offerings of debt securities, including collateralized mortgage backed securities. Bryan Cave
Griffin utilizes the law firm of Bryan Cave as securities and tax counsel for all Griffin Capital investment programs. Bryan Cave is a leading global law firm with 50 offices and a multinational network of more than 800 attorneys. Bryan Cave's services to Griffin are headed by Daniel Cullen, a partner in the firm who concentrates his practice on LLCs, partnerships, and other pass-through entities and real estate transactions. Mr. Cullen is a highly regarded expert in entity and partnership tax law.

Chicago Title
Griffin has utilized the services of Chicago Title and Insurance Company, the largest title company in the United States, to provide escrow and closing services for all Griffin Capital transactions. Chicago Title has provided similar services to Griffin in many previous real estate transactions, and we have longstanding relationships with the firm's Los Angeles and Chicago offices. Founded more than 150 years ago, Chicago Title employs experienced and well trained escrow officers and closing specialists whose wealth of technical experience and knowledge results in smooth, accurate and efficient closings.

Griffin engaged Green, Hasson & Janks, LLP ("GH&J"), a leading independent certified public accounting firm based in Los Angeles to provide auditing and accounting services for all non-REIT Griffin investments. Founded in 1953, GH&J employs 65 staff members, has 11 partners, and is a member of HLB International, a worldwide organization of professional accounting firms and business advisors with more than 1,340 partners, 12,250 staff, 450 offices and annual billings in excess of $560M. GH&J is the only member of this organization in Los Angeles County. Griffin has employed GH&J as accountant and auditor since 1995 on our real estate investments and our broker-dealer activities.
