The Griffin Capital Team has engaged in the development of approximately $4.7 billion of real estate with a specific focus on the multifamily sector where it has a development portfolio of more than 11,500 apartment units. Griffin Capital combines the prowess of its cycle-tested team of real estate professionals with the knowledge, scale and local market expertise of best-in-class, development partners with renowned institutional pedigrees.
